Capacity Enhancement Zone for Nations (CEZN) was founded by Dr. Fola Ogunsola to address Nigeria's critical need for skilled workforce development. Building on the success of the Fola Ogunsola Foundation established in 2012, CEZN represents an ambitious expansion of our capacity-building initiatives.

Capacity Enhancement Zone for Nations (CEZN) is a purpose-driven initiative committed to addressing unemployment, underemployment, and skill deficiencies in Nigeria. Established by Dr. Fola Ogunsola, CEZN empowers graduates, youths, professionals, and employees through practical training, skill development, entrepreneurship support, and financial empowerment.
