WALE OGUNSOLA (Principal Partner)

Wale Ogunsola, a financial expert of high repute, is the Managing Partner of Ogunsola & Ogunsola & Co. who manages the affairs of the firm up to date.
With so many years of training locally and abroad and in various management courses in his kitty, coupled with experiences spanning over two decades, Wale has carved a niche for himself in the world of Banking and Accountancy practices.
Wale was in the banking sector in Nigeria for about 16 years and rose to the level of Assistant Group Head, National Marketing. In addition to his experiences in Treasury Management, he also has expertise in Financial Control, Internal control and Investigation, and National marketing.
Wale was also seconded from Continental Trust Bank for a period of 4 years as the Managing Director of Bemtal International Limited, a subsidiary of the Bank, with an outstanding record to his credit.
Through dint of hard work, dedication and meritorious services, he had led, supervised, and handled various audit works at both public and private organizations.
Wale is well versed in taxation and consultancy services. Also to his credit, he has a good number of Accounting, Audit & Tax assignments in many states of the Federation and in the United States America. Wale is also a licensed tax practitioner in the United States of America amongst others.
Wale also managed the United States arm of Finesse Consults for over a period of 7 years and he is still the Managing Consultant of the Company, with special emphasis in Utility Audit and Taxes covering various organizations, amongst which are private businesses and governmental organizations-Hotels, Restaurants, Public Schools, Disability and old People’s Homes, Conglomerates, Private Homes and various Religious Institutions; such as Churches, Mosques and so on.
A widely travelled man, and has attended various seminars both at home and abroad. Wale is also a great facilitator and trainer in businesses, financial services products, marketing and character modelling of youths.
Wale is a devoted Christian and happily married with two children.
