Employability is fast becoming a major concern across the African continent. In Nigeria, the rate of graduate unemployment is rising at an alarming rate and by extension has put all stakeholders in a state of worry. It is very unfortunate for employers to find nobody who can actually fill a void in its organization. There is also the worry of high job turnover.
Graduates are increasingly unable to hold down an employment for more than six months. It is becoming increasingly clear that there is a clear deficiency in the graduates produced today. These deficiencies in question are not solely academic but more of lack of finesse, attitude, proper work place ethics/etiquette and personal development.
