Overview
The profession of service providers is a highly intricate one. It requires a high level of expertise and this expertise cannot be achieved by acquisition of degrees and certifications only. Upon certification an individual is expected to be able to undertake any related job (problems). Rather unfortunately, this is not the real situation. Repeatedly the integrity of professional bodies has been called to question; they have been accused of becoming soft and dropping in standard.
Excelling in the school does not equate to excelling on the field. A professional who has not received any form of preparation in form of training that finds himself as a professional service provider in an organization is most likely to fail.
The CEZN Finishing School for Professionals is designed to complete the education process of graduate and professionally certified service providers by providing them with hands on experience of what they have learned. On board the team are Fellows and members of registered Professional bodies who impart on our intakes in a dimension that prepares the individuals for the real work.
